All windows are UPVC/Teak wood of reputed make and safety grills. Staircase with RCC structure enveloped with wood veneer or marble. Railing with wood or SS.
All grills with 10 MM Square Rod for Windows and M.S. Gates.
9. Stair case
RCC Steps encased in Wooden Veneer or Marble, Railing with wooden / SS Support.
All Hardware shall be in Stainless Steel Matt finish.

Car parking & Walkways Heavy duty Tiles / Cement precast plates.

13. Waterproof treatment
For all toilets, Balconies and terrace.
Waterproof exterior emulsion over wall care smooth finish for external walls and acrylic emulsion over altek smooth finish for internal walls.
Concealed copper fire retardant wiring of finolex or equivalent with adequate points with MCBs in all rooms. Modular switches of snider/Legrand or equivalent. Provision for ACs, Geysers.
Marble slabs or vitrified tiles of RAK/Johnson/Sonora make or equivalent. Wooden flooring will be provided in master bed room and Home theater . Anti skid ceramic tiles for flooring and ceramic tiles for wall in all toilets of Asian/Sonar or its equivalent.
All WCs, wash basins, duel flush concealed cisterns of Parryware/Hindware or equivalent make. Health faucet, Showers, bath fittings of Jaquar or equivalent make.
Black granite platform half round molding with SS sink and reputed make tiles dadoing up to 2’6” height.

Full generator backup for all common areas in colony from centralized DG power source.
20. Solar Water heater
Solar water heater providing for each villa.
Provision for DTH/Cable connection, data connection in all bed rooms, living, Lounge areas. Intercom connection from security to all villas. Provision for broadband connection to all villas.

23. Water Supply
Underground supply through Hydro Pneumatic system. Water softener shall be provided to reduce the hardness of bore water.
